We offer various services including meditation classes, reiki and coaching sessions, courses and workshops.. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments for sessions and workshops can be booked through our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment

All payments for services must be made at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods through our secure payment gateway. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

6. Refunds

Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues regarding refunds.

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from a session or workshop without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Sensuality by Shannon and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensuality by Shannon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the website or services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website; (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the website or services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

Additionally, Sensuality by Shannon is not responsible for:

• Any injury, illness, or adverse physical or mental health outcomes that may occur during or after a reiki session. Reiki is a complementary therapy and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical treatment or advice.

• Any injury, mental distress, or adverse effects that may result from participation in meditation sessions. Meditation practices are intended to promote relaxation and well-being but may not be suitable for everyone.

• Any decisions or actions taken based on the advice or guidance provided during coaching sessions. Coaching is designed to support personal growth and development, but ultimate responsibility for decisions and actions rests with the individual.

• Any discomfort, emotional distress, or other adverse effects experienced during or after participating in educational courses. These courses and workshops are intended to be educational and empowering, but participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace and comfort level.

By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Sensuality by Shannon, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or connected to your participation in any of our services. Your use of these services is at your own risk.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
